10-Strike LANState Pro is software for Windows networks and IP networks. It is delivered on a shareware basis and there is a downloadable evaluation version available from the developer’s website. It is free and we can evaluate it for a whole month. The only limitation is that we are only allowed to export up to a maximum of 10 map objects to Microsoft Visio. This version has a built-in server from where we can search, model and print, monitor connection, traffic, and network, retrieve remote resources, event log, opened ports, connections, accounts, user groups, registry, services and devices. We are allowed to shut down/restart a remote computer, watch network diagram. This software has not map size limit and can export network diagrams to Microsoft Visio, and many more. 10-Strike LANState Pro has been recently upgraded to version. It shows a major and overall improvement. The bugs have been fixed and new options have been added. When we create a new map it will automatically increase the map size when needed. Also the limits for the maps size have been increased. It is possible to retrieve information from SNMP devices via SNMP protocol. Connection Table option has been added. We can now save the table with the Scan Results to a *.csv file.
